Digital Marketing Manager

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels, such as Google Ads, social media platforms, and display networks.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics to track campaign performance and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Plan and execute SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Create engaging content for digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, email marketing, and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital channels.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and propose innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Monitor industry trends and technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Requirements and skills 

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field 
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing 
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns 
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate 
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels 
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) 
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) 
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns 
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints 
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Being up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement¬†
