Cinergy Entertainment Group, Inc. is a technology innovator and regional operator in the area of family entertainment, mainly concentrated on cinema, in and around Texas. Headquartered in Dallas, Cinergy operates eight luxury cinema and entertainment centers in Texas, Oklahoma, and North Carolina, together making up 80+ screens. In 2019, Cinergy Entertainment Group’s Amarillo, Texas location won the Brass Ring Award for the best family entertainment center in the world at the annual IAAPA (International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions) convention.
Despite being one of the top entertainment companies in the USA, their website, cinergy.com, did not quite reflect their stature. They also wanted to make their ticketing and food ordering process digitized through self-service kiosk systems as they wished to attract a younger audience, who were more likely to use these services on their own, with no service worker assistance.
We took in the project with only one target set in mind, to completely revamp the look and feel of the digital version of Cinergy Inc. This included everything from redesigning the website to fixing responsiveness and functionality along with developing an entire new ecosystem to integrate ticketing and other services, in to a digital point-of-sales system. We approached the revamping process from the view-point of a premium customer and this gave a lot of perspective to make precise changes with great results. Even with the huge scope and size of the project, we were able to complete it in around 2 months of work and hand it over to the client.
